Our service commitment to you in our capacity as a Nominet Registrar

We comply with all Nominet terms and conditions regarding .uk
namespace domain registrations in our capacity as your Registrar as dictated by Nominet.

In the Nominet Terms, 'BHT Ltd' can be inserted as your Registrar
in place of the terms "agent", "registration agent" and "tag holder"

Service level and complaints procedure

At all times please be assured of our absolute committment to the highest standards of service as your .uk domain name registrar

As an absolute minimum level of service, we endeavour to respond to any communication with us
in our capacity as the registrar of your Nominet issued domain name within 48 hours
(UK business hours 9AM to 5PM Monday to Friday except UK Bank Holidays)
In most cases our response time will be much shorter than this

If for any reason you are unhappy in any way with the service that you receive from us
then you may escalate the issue by contacting Nominet directly to investigate on your behalf.

Renewal procedure for domains

To ensure You retain your domains, we operate a positive renewal system on all BHT Ltd domains;
Your domain will automatically renew for the term it was registered for unless you notify us of your wishes not to renew.
You will receive a reminder email 60 days prior to expiry and again 30 days prior to expiry.
You will be charged using your original payment method 14 days prior to expiry date.
All emails will be sent to the registered email address listed on your account with us. It is the registrant's responsibility to make sure that
their contact details in respect of their account and any associated domains are kept up to date and valid at all times.

Any reminders and expiration notices will be sent from the registry/registrar directly to the registrant's email address on expiry.
